Our Interior Design Process
From Start to Finish
How do we design an interior that compliments the lifestyle, tastes and environment of our clients? We offer a complete design experience - from personalized planning, to providing and installing furnishings, to adding the finishing touches. We welcome clients in any stage of design, but like to be involved early on to provide the best service.
Stage 1: Planning
In this stage, we meet one-on-one with clients to determine their needs and preferences. We help clients chose their material specifications from paint to fabrics. By communicating with our clients, and conducting initial planning, we develop price estimates and preliminary room designs. These services might include
• One on one design consultations
• Space planning (for homes and businesses)
• Floor plans drafting
• Material specification and selection (paint, fabrics, colors)
• Furniture layouts and elevations
• Cost estimates
Stage 2: Providing
In this stage, we provide our clients with all the material resources they need. As licensed vendors we are able to provide every item our clients may need. Through our strong relationships with all the major furnishing and furniture vendors, we are able to order direct from the manufacturer, saving our clients time and money. These items might include:
• Interior and exterior lighting
• Floor coverings including tile, hardwoods, cork, and carpet
• Kitchen and bath components
• Plantation shutters
• Custom window treatments
• Solid surface and granite countertops
Stage 3: Installing
During installation, we...
• Provide experienced contractors, painters, plumbers, cabinet makers, and other artisans.
• Supervise every detail of construction and installation.
• Work with architects, leasing agents, or other contractors involved in the project.
• Ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner.
Stage 4: Accessorizing
Once the installation is complete, we provide those finishing touches by accessorizing. We find accessories including lamps, paintings, and other artistic pieces that really compliment the client’s style and space. In our showroom we have a full selection of inventory, but can also order any accessory pieces clients need. Some of our accessories include
